COVID-19 Update from our Funeral Directors and Staff:
Funeral homes are considered “essential” business, so we will stay open by appointment only.
At The Bradley Funeral Home Inc., the health and safety of our customers and staff are a top priority. We have been monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and want our friends in the community to know we are taking every precaution to make our Funeral Home a safe place.
- Call the office (540) 743-5747 to schedule an appointment for pre-arrangement and arrangements.
- Services are limited to small family gathering with your immediate family: Spouse, Children, Grandchildren, Parents, and Siblings of the deceased. (Federal guidelines restrict gatherings of more than 10 people to inhibit human interaction.)
- Continued services for embalming and cremation using proper industry practices.
- Memorial services can be scheduled at a later date after COVID-19 passes.
In this time of uncertainty, I want to reassure our families we are here to serve you, and we are still holding small private family services as we understand the human need to celebrate the life of your loved one. However, we are not holding public funerals or visitations.
We have raised our already high health standards by disinfecting all chapels, visitation rooms and arrangement rooms after each use. Additionally, we have a very dedicated team, but we encouraged staff and visitors to stay home if they begin running a fever or having flu-like symptoms.
