Valerie Ann (Nebel) Gallop

Valerie Ann Gallup, 78, of Stanley, died on Wednesday, Oct. 6, 2021, at Winchester Medical Center.

She was born on Oct. 9, 1942, in Washington, D.C., and was a daughter of the late Harry Frank Nebel and Frances Louise Ripple Nebel.

On April 5, 1963, she marreid Carl Albert Gallup III, who survives.

Surviving in addition to her husband are a son, Douglas Gallup of Stanley; a daughter, Mary Ellen Pelly of Stanley; two brothers, Paul Nebel of Maryland, and Mark Nebel of Limeton; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, William Gallup; and a brother, Dennis Frank Nebel.

A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 12, at the Cedar Hill Cemetery in Suitland, Md.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 11, at the Bradley Funeral Home.
