Robert Gerald Griffith

Robert Gerald Griffith, 83, of Hagerstown, Md., passed away on Friday, May 15, 2020, at Washington Adventist Rehab Facility in Takoma Park, Md.

He was born on May 12, 1937, in Luray and was a son of the late Robert Griffith and Teresa Atkins Griffith.

Robert worked as an auditor for Potomac Edison, retiring with 30 years of service.

His wife, Dolly Williams Griffith, died on Nov. 30, 2001.

He is survived by two daughters, Wendy Landres of Bethesda, Md., and Robin Resnick and husband Michael of Princeton Junction, N.J.; six grandchildren, Megan Landres, Matthew Landres and Jacob Landres, all of Bethesda, Md., and Lucy Bruchok, Molly Resnick and Abby Resnick, all of Princeton Junction, N.J.

A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, May 20, at Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Luray.
