Norma Rowe Obituary

Norma Jean Rowe, 74, of Luray, passed away on Saturday, January 27, 2024, at Page Memorial Hospital.

She was born on February 26, 1949, in Washington, D.C., and was a daughter of the late Joseph Hill and Regina May Lowe Hill. 

Norma was a member of the Calvary Independent Brethren Church in Stanley.

On December 5, 1969, she married Robert Allen Rowe, who survives.

Surviving in addition to her husband are two sons, Michael Rowe of Mechanicsville, MD, and J.C. Rowe of Newburg, MD; a sister, Terry Dexter of California, MD; five grandchildren, Alexis Colendra, Sean Rowe, Kyle Knott, Austin Kiser and Hailey Rowe; three great-grandchildren, Joe Joe, Savanah and Lilly; and two nieces, whom she dearly loved, Shelly and Kimmie.

A funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Friday, February 2, at the Calvary Independent Brethren Church by Pastor Charles Turner. Burial will be in the Mount Zion Cemetery in Luray.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, February 1, at the church.
