Maurice Franklin Wilson Age 87 of Luray, VA passed away Monday, December 23, 2019 at Whispering Pines Assisted Living in Luray, VA. He was born on January 27, 1932, in Stanley, VA. Funeral Service will be held at Calvary Independent Brethren Church on Saturday, December 28, 2019 at 11:00 AM. Burial will be at Graves Chapel Cemetery, in Stanley, VA. Served in the Army and was a veteran of Korean War. Married to Iona Georgia (Gray)  Wilson on 07/11/1956 who preceded him death on April 17, 2019.  He is survived by Son-Randall Lee Wilson and Wife Vickie of Luray, Va., Grandson-Mark A. Wilson of Luray, Va. and Grandson-Matthew L. Wilson of Luray, Va. He was preceded in Death by:Wife-Iona Georgia (Gray) Wilson, Brother-George “Buster” F. Wilson, Jr., Sister-Hazel M. Gray, Sister-Mary F. Gray, Father-George F. Wilson, Sr. and Mother-Minnie L. (Good) Wilson. Services performed under the direction of The Bradley Funeral Home, Inc., Luray, VA.
