January 17, 2021 2:45 PMI am one of the many lives that Marie had touched and enriched during her life. I was blessed with her friendship for almost 5 decades. She was like a sister to me, especially after the death of my elder sister from an auto accident in Warrenton in 1975.
A beautiful soul and as a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, friend and Christian, Marie will be greatly missed and lives on in the many people who loved her. My love and heartfelt condolences to her family.

January 15, 2021 11:21 AMHorng Family - I'm so very sorry to hear about this and send my heartfelt condolences. I worked for Mrs. Horng in Fang's medical office throughout high school, late 80's. She taught me a lot about hard work. She also treated me like family and I'll never forget all the crazy & fun times working in the office with her and the staff. She always took such good care of herself, she did not deserve to die this way. I am so sorry. Peace be with your family.

January 14, 2021 9:23 PMSusanna and Family,
I’m so sorry. Your Mom was always really nice to me. From that very first pool party in 4th grade where your Ma made those wacky shrimp chips that looked like brightly colored plastic and puffed up and got all airy and weird when you fried them, I was a fan of your Mom. She was always so happy to see me and never failed to tell me that I was a “smart girl”. I remember her terrible driving over the mountain (one or the other of us always got carsick) and that characteristic slap and slide of her house shoes on the hardwood floors. So many quirky, fond little memories of a rather magnificent woman. She will leave a big, jagged hole in the world and we will all miss that big heart. I am sorry for your loss.
