Larry Wayne Lucas

Larry Wayne Lucas, 71, of Stanley, died on Saturday, Dec. 18, 2021, at Page Memorial Hospital.

Mr. Lucas was born on March 17, 1950, in Page County and was a son of the late Russell Levi Lucas and Edda Virginia Lucas.

He is survived by four sisters, Judith Lucas, Josephine O'Neill, Margaret Moore and Stella Miller, all of Stanley; and seven brothers, Kenneth, Junior, Bruce, Levi, Dale, Nelson and Leroy Lucas, all of Stanley. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Ethel Lucas and Patricia Lucas; and three brothers, Earl, Gary and Michael Lucas Sr.

A funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 31, at the Blue Ridge Pentecostal Church by the Rev. Jack Campbell. Burial will be in the Leake's Chapel Cemetery in Stanley.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 30, at the church.
