Kevin Vance Billings

Kevin Vance Billings, 67, of Luray, died on Wednesday, April 29, 2020, at Vibra Hospital of Richmond.

He was born on June 8, 1952, in Neptune, N.J., and was a son of the late Arrie William Billings and Beulah Estell Wright Billings.

His wife, Muriel Elizabeth Broaddus Billings, died on Jan. 8, 2003.

He is survived by a son, Kevin V. Billings Jr. of Radford, VA; Daughter, DeNette Billings of Radford, VA; three stepdaughters, Muriel Elizabeth Seaward of Harrisonburg, Angela McDaniel of Luray, and Andrea Roberts of Middleburg, Fla.; three stepsons, Alvon Lee Broaddus of Cross Junction, Abraham Frankie Seaward Jr. of Luray, and Shon Devin Seaward of Inwood, W.Va.; four brothers, Arthur Billings of Sterling, Dudley Billings of Luray, Francel Billings of Harrisonburg, and Gregory Billings of Philadelphia, Pa.; 22 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Casper William, Robert and Patrick Billings.

The Bradley Funeral Home will be open to sign the register book from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. on Friday, May 8.

A private graveside service will be conducted on Saturday, May 9, at the Hillside Cemetery in Luray by Audre King
