Julia Geisler Obituary

Julia Mae Geisler, 73, of Stanley, died on Monday, June 28, 2021.

Ms. Geisler was born on Jan. 23, 1948, in Maryland and was a daughter of the late James Cordell and Ella Gossard Cordell.

She is survived by four daughters, Joyce Thumma of Luray, Janet “Cissy” Walker of Florida, Sandra “Patty” Bishop of Richmond, and Rebecca “Tootie” King of Maryland; two sons, Tommy Crummitt of Maryland, and Robert “Robbie” Geisler of Luray; a sister, Janet; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Densie “Dee” Thumma; and four sisters, Shirley, Sandy, Betty and Dotty.

Services are planned for a later date.
