Joyce Ann (Campbell) Waters

Joyce Ann (Campbell) Waters   77of Luray, VA Died Saturday, April 24, 2021 at Whispering Pines Assisted Living.  She was born on May  1, 1943, in Luray, VA daughter of the late June Edward and Mamie Elizabeth Campbell. Joyce Retired after 20+ years working as a Secretary at Baughan Construction in Luray.  On Dec. 29, 1967 she married Lemuel  Waters who survives.  Also surviving are two Sons Lemuel Edward Waters and wife Heather Stuemeyer of Luray, Va. and Gregory Scott and wife Pamela (Turner) Waters of Crozier, Va. .2 grandchildren Kendall Regan Waters of Crozier, Va. and Jared Logan Waters of Luray, Va and Sister-Betty Brooks of Crimora, Va

.She was preceded in Death by a Brother-E. Aldine Campbell, two Sisters Nancy Barnes and Frances Louise Shenk 

The Family will receive friends at The Bradley Funeral Home, Inc. on Monday, April 26, 2021  from  6:00 PM to  8:00 PM

with Funeral Service Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at  2:00 PM at the funeral home.
