Janice Marie (Breeden) Maytum

Janice Marie Maytum, 84, of Luray, died on Wednesday, Jan. 4, 2023. 
She was born on June 23, 1938, in Luray and was a daughter of the late George Edward Breeden and Edna Marie Breeden.  
On July 31, 1956, she married Kenneth Maytum, who survives. 
Surviving in addition to her husband are two sons, Gerald Robert Maytum and Charles Edward Maytum, both of California; three daughters, Donna Jean Maytum-Bent of Tennessee, and Karen Lee Murray and Sandra Gayle Ehmke, both of California; and a brother, Robert Earl Breeden of Luray. She was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Jane Knott; and four brothers, Richard L., Wayne M., George F. and Garland E. Breeden. 
A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 13, at the Bradley Funeral Home by Pastor Mike Propes, with visitation one hour prior to the service, from 1-2 p.m.
