Jane (Wallace) Mabe

Jane Elizabeth (Wallace) Mabe Age 90 of Luray, VA passed away Thursday, October 24, 2019 at Whispering Pines Assisted Living in Luray, VA.  She was born on April 13, 1929, in Luray, VA. She graduated from Luray High School in 1948.  On February 5, 1949 she married Harley Jackson Mabe who preceded her in death on January 14, 2014.  She is survived by Daughter-Lois Housden of Luray, Va., Daughter-Patricia Bailey of Rileyville, Va., Son-Glen Mabe of Luray, Va., Son-Bruce Mabe of Luray, Va., Brother-Paul E. Wallace of Luray, Va., Brother-Carroll Junior Wallace of Luray, Va. and Sister-Peggy Ann Wilson of Luray, Va.  She was preceded in Death by: Father-Amy Wallace, Mother-Lottie Mae (Hurt) Wallace, Brother-Douglas E. Wallace, Sr., Brother-Charles T. Wallace, Brother-James W. Wallace, Brother-Bobby "Polly" Wallace, Sister-Phyllis J. Wallace, Sister-Dorothy E. Earnhart, Sister-Anna Belle Bolen.  She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.  The Family will receive friends on Monday October 28, 2019 at The Bradley Funeral Home Inc. from 7:00 P.M until 8:00 P.M.  A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday October 29, 2019 at The Bradley Funeral Home Inc. at 11:00 A.M.  Burial will follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Luray, VA.  Services performed under the direction of The Bradley Funeral Home, Inc. Luray, VA.
