J. Mullinax Obituary
J. Harry Mullinax, 89, of Herndon, died on Friday, May 17, 2019, at Capital Caring Adler Center in Aldie.
He was born on March 4, 1930, in Asheville, N.C., and was a son of the late Ernest H. Mullinax and Floye Vollrath Mullinax.
Mr. Mullinax was a member of the Ox Hill Baptist Church in Chantilly.
On Oct. 26, 1953, he married Alice Ann Kibler Mullinax, who died on April 24, 2012.
He is survived by two daughters, J. Renee Wayment of Fairfax, and Patricia Lee of Tallahassee, Fla.; a brother, Joseph W. “Joe” Mullinax of Kernersville, N.C.; a sister, Nellie Pauline Cornwell of Fredericksburg; and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother, John Mullinax; and his grandparents, John and Tuckey Vollrath.
A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 23, at the Bradley Funeral Home by Pastor Bradley Boberg. Burial will be in the Beahm's Chapel Cemetery in Luray.
