Ernest William Burrill Jr.

Ernest William Burrill Jr., 49, of Palmyra, died on Monday, Feb. 6, 2023. 

He was born on Oct. 15, 1973, in Charlottesville and was a son of Ernest William Burrill Sr. of Harrisonburg and Marie Francs Buracker Alger of Mount Crawford. 

Mr. Burrill was a veteran of the United States Army. 

Surviving in addition to his parents are three sons, Cameron Shea Gill of Louisa, Ernest William Burrill III of Richmond, and Caleb Ray Roberts of Palmyra; a daughter, Deshana Ines Roberts of Richmond; two brothers, Jared Burrill of Wingina, and Darrest Burrill of Harrisonburg; three sisters, Betsy Custer of Broadway, Carita Burrill of Charlottesville, and Jasmine Burrill of Harrisonburg; and three grandchildren. 

A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 11, at the Bradley Funeral Home, with visitation one hour prior to the service, from 10-11 a.m. Burial will be in the Mount Zion Cemetery in Luray.
