Earl William Campbell Jr.

Earl William Campbell Jr., 66, of Stanley, passed away on Tuesday, March 26, 2024.

He was born on September 12, 1957, in Luray and was a son of the late Earl W. Campbell and Betty Ann Knott Campbell.

Earl worked at Wrangler for 25 years as a yard jockey.

He is survived by a son, James William Cook of Stanley; two brothers, Chester W. Campbell and Elmer E. Campbell, both of Stanley; a sister, Millie Ann Campbell of Stanley; and a granddaughter, Alyssa Cook of Harrisonburg. He was preceded in death by a son, Christopher Cook; a daughter, Tammy Sue Cook; and two sisters, Sandra J. Sours and Rosa M. Dean.
