Dorothy Marie Cave

Dorothy Marie Cave, 89, of Luray, passed away on Thursday, November 24, 2022. 
She was born on October 29, 1933, in Luray and was a daughter of the late Luther William Cave and Gernie Thomas Cave. 
Dorothy is survived by three daughters, Karen Smith of Sun City, Arizona, Dianna S. Atkins of Culpeper, and Barbara J. Meehan of Luray; a son,  Samuel Lee Cave of Luray; and a brother, Junior Cave of Luray. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by a son, Dougie W. Cave; a daughter, Patsy Ann Viands; five sisters, Jean Breeden, Louise Cave, Nettie Cave, Judy Jenkins and Catherine Turner; and three brothers, Bobby Cave, Arthur Wayne Cave and Frankie Cave.
A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, November 29, at the Bradley Funeral Home by the Rev. Donnie Sherfey, with visitation one hour prior to the service, from 10-11 a.m. Burial will be in the Beahm's Chapel Cemetery in Luray.
