George Panther Obituary
George Harlan Panther, 85, of Luray, died on Thursday, Aug. 29, 2019, at Skyview Springs.
He was born on Dec. 11, 1933, in North Carolina and was a son of the late Ella Mae Panther.
On April 27, 1960, he married Susan Matilda Panther, who died on Aug. 11, 2006.
He is survived by four daughters, Sherry Hensley of Stanley, Lisa Dodson and Laura Morris, both of Luray, and Karen Hughes of Timberville; a son, William Panther of Luray; 10 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
Services are planned for a later date.
