Funeral Service will be held at The Bradley Funeral Home, Inc. on Wednesday, April 17, 2019 at  2:00 PM with Burial will be at Mt. Zion Cemetery, in Luray, VA  The family will receive friends at The Bradley Funeral Home, Inc. on Tuesday, April 16, 2019  from  7:00 PM to  8:00 PM Memorials can be made to To the family to help with expenses.  She was a member of The Harvest Pentecostal Holiness in Luray  and former member of the Luray Moose.  Married to Leonard Charles Fox on 06/10/1995 who died Feb 22, 2016.  Surviving are 2 Sons Gene Minnick, Mike Minnick, and Daughter-Tammy Courtney all of of Luray, Va. 7 grandchildren 9 great grandchildren also .Sister-Jo Ann  Foster of Stanley, Va. Brother-Lonnie W Foster of Luray, Va. Brother-Norman Foster of Stanley, Va. Brother-Ricky S Foster of Stanley, Va. She was preceded in Death by:Husband-Leonard Charles Fox Father-Eddie Andrew Foster, Mother-Elizabeth Jane (Cave) Feller a Brother-Mitchell D Foster and  deceased-2 Grandchildren
