Terry Ray Turner

Terry Ray Turner, 61, of Luray, passed away on Wednesday, July 2, 2025.

He was born on February 28, 1964, in Harrisonburg and was a son of the late Ray Virgil Jewell and Celia Cubbage Turner.

On September 22, 2001, Terry married Monica Sue Walker Turner, who survives.

In addition to his wife, Terry is survived by six daughters, Jennifer Lawson and husband Jonathan of Luray, Kim Pyles and husband Ricky of Luray, Emma Cash and husband Dylan of Stanley, Lisa Dodson and husband George of Madison, Kay Craig and husband Richard of Amissville, and Samantha Hoffman and companion Jack Shortridge of Sperryville; a son-in-law, Matthew Hoffman of Luray; 10 grandchildren, Ryan Dodson, Jessie Wimer, Hunter Hoffman, Allie Craig, Vickie Sisk, Daisy Pyles, Lilly Pyles, Lexy McDonald, Dahlia Pyles and Adrian Lawson; and two great-grandchildren, Caleb and Jamari.

A graveside service will be conducted at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, July 9, at the Beahm's Chapel Cemetery in Luray.
