Obituary
Susan Marie Dallas, 49, of Stanley, died on Sunday, Aug. 28, 2022.
She was born on Feb. 21, 1973, in Luray and was a daughter of Barbara Shenk Jones of Luray, Terry Jones and the late Carroll Middleton.
Mrs. Dallas was a member of Big Spring Mennonite Church. She had previously worked as a waitress at the Wooden Lam and as a CNA at MontVue Nursing Home and the Life Care Center in New Market.
On Dec. 3, 2003, she married Billy Franklin Dallas, who survives.
She is also survived by her stepfather, C.J. Jones; a sister, Kendra Middleton of Luray; a stepbrother, Michael Middleton of Luray; a stepdaughter, Brenda Turner; and one grandchild.
A memorial service will be conducted at noon on Saturday, Sept. 3, at the Leake’s Chapel Church of Brethren in Stanley.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family to help with expenses.
