Steven Chandler Parlett, 27, of Fredericksburg, passed away on Thursday, November 9, 2023, at Mary Washington Hospital in Fredericksburg.
He was born on November 6, 1996, in Irvine, CA, and was a son of Vincent Chad Parlett of Luray and Fotini Netos of Florida.
A celebration of life will be held at 7 p.m. on Friday, November 17, at the Forward For Christ Baptist Church in Luray by Pastor Josh Parlett, with visitation from 5:30-7 p.m.
