Steve was like a father to me.  He was always good to my boys.  I will miss walking the greenway with him.  He was an encourager.  When I began preaching at church, he would say "you done good kid."  He was loved and is certainly missed!

I've met very few people in my life like Steve Furman; the kind of guy who stood out just by being himself. Consider yourself fortunate for having crossed his path. May God bless Jackie, the family, and his innumerable friends.
