Rosa Lee Griffith, 80, of Luray, passed away on Monday, August 12, 2024, at Blue Ridge Hospice in Winchester.
She was born on May 8, 1944, in Luray and was a daughter of the late Russell Clyde Breeden and Vallie Marie Taylor Breeden.
Rosa Lee was a homemaker and had worked several years as a bank teller. She was also involved with the Page Valley Agricultural and Industrial Fair Association for numerous years.
Survivors include a daughter, Kimberly Strickler of Luray; a son, S. "Bud" Griffith of Luray; two brothers, Kenneth Wayne Breeden and F.R. "Hot Dog" Breeden, both of Luray; four grandchildren, Karissa Hensh, Dustin Griffith (wife Keirsten), Cory Griffith and Trever Griffith; and one great-grandchild, Lexi Griffith. She was preceded in death by a brother, Clyde Newton Breeden.
A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Thursday, August 15, at the Bradley Funeral Home by Garland "Bubba" Gochenour. Burial will be in the Beahm's Chapel Cemetery in Luray.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday, August 14, at the funeral home.
