Robert Edward Waggoner, 85, died on Sunday, June 19, 2022.
He was born on Aug. 16, 1936, and was a son of the late Roy Charles Waggoner Sr and Lorelle Tittle Waggoner.
Mr. Waggoner is survived by three daughters, Lori (Kerry) Rogers of Wentzville, MO, Teresa Winn of Slidell, LA and Katherine Waggoner, Kingsville, MD; a son, Gary (Leigh Ann) Waggoner of Elkridge, MD, a brother, Roy Charles (Billie Jean) Waggoner Jr. of Atlanta, GA; a sister, Barbara Daniel of Houston, TX; six grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Ellen Waggoner, brother in law, Harold Daniel and son in law, Robert Winn.
