Robert Edward Depew Jr.

Robert Edward Depew Jr., 79, of Luray, passed away on Tuesday, June 4, 2024.

He was born on September 20, 1944, in Rockville, MD, and was a son of the late Robert Edward Depew and Grace Lee Malaby Depew.

Robert was a veteran of the United States Army.

On June 13, 2001, he married Katherine Sotomayor Depew, who survives.

Surviving in addition to his wife are two daughters, Deanne Kolobow of West Virginia, and Laurie Mountjoy of Charlottesville; a son, Robert Depew of San Francisco, CA; a stepson, Darwin Hernandez of Maryland; a brother, Joseph Depew of Luray; and two sisters, Nancy Haley of Tappahannock, and Brenda Pollard of Florida. He was preceded in death by a brother, Donald Depew; and a sister, Louise Harden.
