Robert Gene Collier, 84, of Winchester, passed away on Sunday, Jan. 17, 2021, at Evergreen Health and Rehab in Winchester.
He was born on July 30, 1936, in Beaver Falls, Pa., and was a son of the late Elmer Hamilton and Martilla Belle Houk Hamilton.
Robert was a veteran of the United States Army.
On Dec. 20, 1957, he married Thelma Louise Miller Collier, who died on Oct. 3, 2020.
He is survived by two daughters, Tammy Tuthill and husband Brandan Tuthill Sr. of Louisa, and Donna Clark and husband James Clark of Woodstock; and two grandchildren, Brandan Tuthill Jr. and Lauren Reed.
