Priscilla Harris, 89, of Luray, passed away on Sunday, July 6, 2025.
She was born on July 23, 1935, in Luray and was a daughter of the late Claude Ernest Smith and Rachel Mauck Smith.
Priscilla was a teacher for Page County Public Schools, retiring with 35 years of service. She was a member of the Beth Eden Lutheran Church in Luray.
On July 27, 1962, she married William Harris, who survives.
In addition to her husband, Priscilla is survived by a daughter, Claudette Williams and husband Larry of Matthews, NC; three grandchildren, Lauren Yoworski and husband Hayden of Wilmington, NC, and Jansen Tabor and Caroline Tabor, both of Charlotte, NC; one great-grandchild, Henry Yoworski of Wilmington, NC; and her nephew, Michael Baker and wife Patti of Luray. She was preceded in death by a sister, Phyllis J. Baker.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, July 10, at the Bradley Funeral Home.
A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Friday, July 11, at the Beth Eden Lutheran Church by the Rev. Sandra Wisco. Burial will be in the Beahm's Chapel Cemetery in Luray.
