Otis Hampton Fox Jr.

Otis Hampton Fox Jr., 85, of Cross Plains, TN, was called home to his Lord on January 17, 2025.

Otis grew up and spent most of his life in Page County, VA. He was born on September 9, 1939, in Page County and was a son of the late Otis Hamilton Fox and Elizabeth Sours Fox.

Otis, also known as "Jr.," retired in 1993. But retirement didn't stop him from putting in full day's work.

On September 11, 1964, Otis married Ethel Susan Winkler Fox, who died on August 14, 2009.

He is survived by three daughters, Jackie Wood and Delilah Deloach, both of Luray, and Kimberly Good of Cross Plains, TN; a son, Samuel Fox of Luray; a brother, Hunter Fox of Rockingham; seven grandchildren, Brian Cubbage of Luray, Andrew Miller of Winchester, Brooke Browning of Springfield, TN, and David Deloach, Kaitlyn Elliott, Sammi Chyenne and Autumn Murphy, all of Luray; and seven great-grandchildren, Jaxon and Rowyn Miller, Tate Browning, Emma and Harper Armiger, Octavia Lee and Adeligh Lam. He was preceded in death by a brother, Leonard Fox of Luray.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m on Wednesday, January 22, at the Bradley Funeral Home.

A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Thursday, January 23, at the funeral home by Pastor Jeffrey Marble.
