Naomi Virginia (Dallas) Lucas

Naomi Virginia Lucas, 72, of Stanley, passed away on Monday, Dec. 27, 2021, at Page Memorial Hospital.

She was born on Aug. 16, 1949, in Page County and was a daughter of the late Lindon Dallas and Florence Lucas Dallas.

Naomi had formerly worked at the Luray Textile plant. She was a member of the Calvary Independent Brethren Church in Stanley.

In 1972, she married Leonard “Buster” Lucas Jr., who survives.

Surviving in addition to her loving and devoted husband, “Buster,” are a son, Danny Ray Lucas and wife Angie of Stanley; a sister, Isabelle Meadows of Elkton; and her granddaughter, Madison Lucas of Stanley. She was preceded in death by a son, Dale Riley Lucas; and three sisters, Nancy Cubbage, Allene Orebaugh and Pauline Campbell.

A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 31, at the Calvary Independent Brethren Church by Pastor Charles Turner, Pastor Josh Parlett and William Good. Burial will be in the Calvary Independent Brethren Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 30, at the church.
