Nancy Leigh (Good) Umbarger

Nancy Leigh Umbarger, 83, of Stanley, passed away on Wednesday, July 31, 2024.

She was born on March 3, 1941, in Harrisonburg and was a daughter of the late Ernest Franklin Good and Virginia Frances Breeden Good.

Nancy had worked as a cashier for ARA Big Meadows and was a member of the Oak Grove United Methodist Church.

She is survived by a son, Christopher Douglas Sigmon of Broadway; a sister, Shirley Herring of Elkton; a brother, Cary Stephen Good of Stanley; a granddaughter, Jessica Utley of Stanley; and three great-grandchildren, Cole Shifflett, Braxton Utley and Grayson Utley.

Services are planned for a later date.
