Obituary
Michele Dee Ellis, 53, of Stanley, passed away on Saturday, May 7, 2022.
She was born on Dec. 21, 1968, in Virginia and was a daughter of the late Malcolm Durwood Brown and Hope Annabelle Bailey Campbell.
Michele worked an as assembler at Emco.
On Aug. 18, 1986, she married Roy Allen Ellis, who died on Aug. 1, 2019.
She is survived by two sons, Roy A. Ellis and companion Samantha Sulser of Stanley, and Adam Campbell and companion Jessica Foltz; a daughter, Amanda Ellis and companion Brandon Mottesheard of Luray; two sisters, Missy Paige Campbell and companion Gary Bright of Stanley and Melinda Martin Brown of Indiana; four sisters-in-law, Mary E. Lang, Brenda Louderback, Debbie Fansler and Sharon Byrd; four brothers-in-law, Clifton Ray Ellis Jr., Kenneth Wayne Ellis, Gary Ellis and Jason Ellis; and four grandchildren, Grantley Ellis, Magnolia Waters, Roy Ellis III and Asher Mottesheard. She was preceded in death by a grandchild, Mason Campbell.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
