Mary Elizabeth Lewis

Mary Elizabeth Lewis, 76, of Luray, passed away on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, at Skyview Springs Nursing and Rehab in Luray.

She was born on May 17, 1947, in Waynesboro and was a daughter of the late Mary Bennett Myers.

Mary retired as a nurse from DeJarnette Sanitarium, with 25 years of service.

She is survived by three sons, Keith Lewis and Darrell Lewis, both of Luray, and Brian Lewis of Manassas; a daughter, Angela Chacon of Culpeper; her stepfather, Raymond Myers of Stanardsville; 10 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be conducted at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, April 2, at the Bradley Funeral Home by Pastor Charles Clinedinst. Burial will be in Green Hill Cemetery in Luray.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Monday, April 1, at the funeral home.
