Louis "Doc" Bosley

Louis Maxwell "Doc" Bosley, 74, of Stanley, passed away on Sunday, June 8, 2025, at Page Memorial Hospital.

He was born on January 1, 1951, in Luray and was a son of the late Louis Lester Bosley and Barbara Wood Bosley.

Doc owned and operated Stanley Auto Sales for 35 years.

On June 23, 1973, he married Anna Sue Knight Bosley, who survives.

In addition to his wife, Doc is survived by two sons, Brian Bosley and wife Alyssa of Keezletown, and Jonathan Bosley and wife Brittany of Stanley; a sister, Christi Baker of Stanley; a brother, Carroll Bosley of Stanley; four grandchildren, Theresa, Louis, Jacob Bosley and Destiny Turner; his loyal dog, Odie; and numerous neices and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, Steve Bosley.

A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 21, at the Bethlehem Independent Christian Church in Stanley.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Stanley Volunteer Fire Department or the Stanley Volunteer Rescue Squad.
