Kenneth Harold Knott

Kenneth Harold Knott, 82, of Luray, passed away on Sunday, January 11, 2026, at Whispering Pines Assisted Living.

He was born on June 3, 1943, in Luray and was a son of the late Walter N. Knott and Daisy Frances Judd Knott.

On November 2, 1963, Kenneth married Mary Jane Breeden Knott, who died on February 22, 2012.

He is survived by two daughters, Mary Knott of Harrisonburg, and Lisa J. Stoneberger of Luray; two sons, Kenneth H. Knott II of Stanley, and Keith Knott of Luray; a sister, Edith Phillips of Front Royal; 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and his dog, Rocky, who was his faithful companion. He was preceded in death by five brothers, Gary Knott, James Knott, Carroll Knott, Lewis Knott and Melvin L. Knott; two sisters, Vivian Richards and Jane Lee Knott; and one granddaughter, Kimberly Miller.

A memorial service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Friday, January 16, at the Bradley Funeral Home.
