Judith Ann Stoneberger, 80, of Luray, passed away on Tuesday, September 16, 2025.
She was born April 4, 1945, in Stanley and was a daughter of the late Everette Aleshire and Recie Pettit Aleshire.
Judith had worked as a custodian at Wrangler for 11 years. She was a member of the Bethlehem Independent Christian Church in Stanley.
On July 6, 1973, she married Isaac Tazwell Stoneberger, who died on June 6, 1982.
Judith is survived by a son, Timothy Stoneberger of Stanley; two daughters, Felicia Dawn Knott and husband Vincent of Luray, and Misty Colvin and husband Matthew of Strasburg; eight grandchildren, Nicholas, Brandon, Ethan, Michael, Emily, Anthony, Derek and Christopher; and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Glenwood Aleshire and Max Aleshire.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, September 18, at the Bethlehem Independent Christian Church.
A funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Friday, September 19, at the church by Pastor Matt Caton. Burial will be in the Graves Chapel Cemetery in Stanley.
