Joyce Ruth (Good) Butler

Joyce Ruth Butler, 90, of Luray, died on Sunday, Jan. 24, 2021, at Whispering Pines.
She was born on Dec. 20, 1930, in Luray and was a daughter of the late Theodore Good and Delza Campbell Good.
Mrs. Butler was the librarian for more than 30 years at the Page Public Library in Luray. She was a member of the Mount Carmel Regular Baptist Church.
Her husband, Maxwell Yates Butler, died on Oct. 31, 2012.
She is survived by a sister, June Good Mawyer of Luray. She was preceded in death by a sister, Janet Bolen; and two brothers, H. Wayne and Beverly Good.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 29, at Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Luray by the Rev. Charles J. Comer.
