John "Eddie" Stroupe

John Edward "Eddie" Stroupe, 68, of Luray, passed away on Friday, September 13, 2024.

He was born on June 22, 1956, in Virginia and was a son of the late William Lee Stroupe and Iva Mae Rhinehart Stroupe.

On June 6, 2007, John married Vicky Silvious Stroupe, who survives.

Surviving in addition to his wife are two sons, Brandon Stroupe and John "Pete" Stroupe, both of Stanley; two daughters, Melinda "Mindy" Stroupe of Luray, and Tiffany Cadalzo of Pennsylvania; two brothers, Allen Wayne "Buddy" Stroupe of Luray, and Larry William Stroupe of Stanley; and seven grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother, Timothy Lee Stroupe; and a sister, Peggy Alger.
