Obituary
Jennie Lynn Vaughn, 58, of Luray, passed away on Tuesday, July 5, 2022.
She was born on Aug. 19, 1963, in Luray and was a daughter of the late Chester Ray Thomas and Betty M. Taylor Thomas.
Jennie worked in human resources for Howell Metal for 16 years.
On June 26, 1982, she married Bruce Douglas Vaughn, who survives.
Surviving in addition to her husband are two daughters, Jessica Lynn Leake and husband Zach of Rileyville, and Amy Nicole Vaughn and companion Chris Wallace of Luray; four brothers, Jeffrey Thomas of Stanley, H.R. Thomas of Rileyville, and Michael L. and Tony A. Thomas, both of Stanley; a sister, Regina Pumphrey of South Carolina; and four grandchildren, Ryan, Gavin, Greyson and Beckett.
A graveside service will be conducted at 10 a.m. on Friday, July 8, at the Beahm’s Chapel Cemetery in Luray by Pastor Mike Propes.
