Jeffrey Anthony Gray

Jeffrey Anthony Gray, 63, of Stanley, passed away on Wednesday, August 21, 2024, at the University of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottesville.

He was born on February 11, 1961, in Stanley and was a son of the late Gilbert Gray and Hilda Crawford Gray.

Jeffrey is survived by five brothers, Dewayne Gray of Woodstock, David Gray of Timberville, and Jackie Gray, Philip Gray Sr. and Kevin Gray, all of Stanley; and two sisters, Sonia Dinges of Stanley, and Darlene Gray of Harrisonburg. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Randell Gray Sr., Danny Gray and Gilbert Gray Jr.; and a sister, Patricia Beydler.

A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, August 28, at St. George's Episcopal Church in Stanley by Evangelist Doug Gochenour. Burial will be in the Graves Chapel Cemetery in Stanley.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, August 27, at the church.
