Irma Atkins Obituary
Irma Ruth Atkins, 86, of Luray, died on Monday, Jan. 31, 2022.
She was born on Dec. 16, 1935, in Edinburg and was a daughter of the late Kemper Clay Powell and Zola E. Munch Powell.
Mrs. Atkins was a member of the Luray Christian Church Disciples of Christ.
On July 16, 1960, she married Charles Ashby Atkins, who died on May 12, 2008.
She is survived by her caregiver, Stephanie Kling of Luray. She was preceded in death by three brothers and five sisters.
A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 5, at the Bradley Funeral Home by Garland “Bubba” Gochenour. Burial will be in the Beahm's Chapel Cemetery in Luray.
