Irene Frances (Campbell) Jenkins

Irene Frances Jenkins, 74, of Stanley, passed away on Thursday, November 20, 2025.

She was born on May 31, 1951, in War, WV, and was a daughter of the late Elmer E. Campbell and Mozetta H. Morris Campbell.

On October 16, 1981, she married Joseph Harold Jenkins, who preceded her in death.

Irene is survived by two sons, Randolph "Randy" Alger Jr. and wife Tracy, and Paul D. Alger, all of Stanley; two brothers, Jack T. Campbell and Robert W. Campbell, both of Stanley; a sister, Stella Campbell of Stanley; four grandchildren, Brinty Snider, Tyler Alger, Jonathan Alger and Samantha Alger; and five great-grandchildren, Evalyn, Daniel, Julius, Ryan and Fynn. She was preceded in death by five brothers, Arthur E. Campbell, Kenneth L. Campbell, Ernest E. Campbell, George Campbell and Elmer Campbell; and eight sisters, Betty Homsey, Mary Bailey, Brenda L. Breeden, Edith E. Adams, Annetta Alger, Dorothy Campbell, Florence Campbell and Patricia "Patsy" McCoy.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Saturday, November 22, at the Bradley Funeral Home.
