Glenn Kite Obituary

Glenn Franklin "Bobby" Kite, 81, of Luray, passed away on Wednesday, May 18, 2022.

He was born on April 12, 1941, in Stanley and was the son of the late Glenn R. and Beulah Kite.

Mr. Kite was a member of the Rileyville Church of the Brethren.

On July 8, 2000, he married Patricia Leake Kite, who died on August 26, 2021.

He is survived by a daughter, Teresa Kite of Elkton; two granddaughters, Ashley Frink of Glen Allen, and Katie Duff of Stuarts Draft; and one brother, Raymond Kite of Stanley. He was preceded in death by two brothers, James Kite and Robert Kite; and two sisters, Juanita Comer and Louise Lambert.

A memorial service is being planned for a later date.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Rileyville Church of the Brethren or to the American Cancer Society.
