Gary was born August 28, 1961, and passed away on Thursday, March 19, 2026.
Gary passed away leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and a deep appreciation for the outdoors.
He was a man who found his greatest peace in nature, whether he was hunting in the early morning hours, casting a line into the quiet waters, or simply enjoying the beauty of the world around him. His passion for the outdoors was more than a hobby -- it was a way of life that he shared with those closest to him. He was an avid and proud member of the Old Hollow Hunt Club, where he hunted with his brother and met some of his closest friends.
Gary was preceded in death by his father, Jesse.
He is lovingly remembered by his mother, Sharon; his brother, Shawn; his nephew, Nathan; his daughter, Heather and husband Wyatt; 2 grandchildren, Luke and Leila "Lucy"; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Gary will be remembered for his strong spirit, his love for his family, and the simple, meaningful moments he created with those he cared about most.
Gary's memory will live on in the stories told, the traditions carried forward, and the quiet places in nature where he felt most at home. He will be deeply missed and forever loved.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, March 24, at the Bradley Funeral Home.
