Frank Woodrow Elliott, 77, of Stanley, passed away on Friday, December 26, 2025.
He was born on November 27, 1948, in Rappahannock and was a son of the late John Garfield Elliott Sr. and Molly Mae Whorton Elliott.
Frank was a veteran of the United States Army, having earned the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal, Army Commendation Medal and a Marksmanship Badge (Rifle). He worked in the construction field.
On August 3, 1974, he married Joyce Lilly Elliott, who survives.
In addition to his wife, Frank is survived by two daughters, Betty Sudduth (Ronald) of Gordonsville, and Stephanie Elliott (David) of Stanley; a son, Franklin Elliott (Ada) of Rileyville; a brother, Mike Elliott of Remington; a sister, Elaine Hitt of Remington; 11 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by four brothers, Carl Elliott, Charlie Elliott, Johnny Elliott and Louis Elliott; and a sister, Frances Cole.
Services will be announced, with burial at Culpeper National Cemetery.
