Frances Elizabeth (Good) Stroupe

Frances Elizabeth Stroupe, 89, of Stanley, passed away on Monday, September 8, 2025, at Winchester Medical Center.

She was born on July 27, 1936, in Timberville and was a daughter of the late Odis Good and Essie Wilson Good.

Frances is survived by a daughter, Donna Terrell of Stanley; three grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Eric Stroupe; two brothers, Roy "Dick" Good and Jesse Good; and three sisters, Maxine Lucas, Anna Mae Bailey and Joanne Rathe.

A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Friday, September 12, at the Graves Chapel Cemetery in Stanley.
