Obituary
Frances Eleanor Dress, 84, of Luray, passed away on Thursday, December 1, 2022, in Midland.
She was born on February 11, 1938, in Washington, D.C., and was a daughter of the late Clifton H. Reintzel Sr. and Mary Evelyn Singers Reintzel.
Frances was preceded in death by two husbands, Samuel D. Dale and Richard H. Dress.
She is survived by four daughters, Robin Dale-Pancione and husband Gary of Midland, Cathy Miller and husband Donald of Rileyville, Donna Dale of Luray, and Stacy Good of Stanley; six grandchildren, Eddie, Jacob, Samuel, Tanner, Gracie and Anneliese; and two great-grandchildren, Ava and Eddie. She was preceded in death by three sisters, Evelyn Dinges, Jean Bailey and Mary Sours; two brothers, John W. Reintzel and Clifton H. Reintzel Jr.; and one grandchild, Dalton.A Celebration of life will be 1 pm December 17, 2022, at Harvest Pentecostal Holiness Church in Luray by Rev. Terry Cave
