Floyd Walters Obituary

Floyd Earl Walters, 65, of Stanley, died on Monday, Jan. 24, 2022, at the University of Virginia Medical Center.

Mr. Walters was born on March 9, 1956, and was a son of Lacy Lee Walters Sr. and Carrie Marie Good Walters.

He is survived by a daughter, Bridget Shifflett of Shenandoah; two sons, Danny and Jonathan Walters, both of Virginia; two sisters, Peggy Cook of Luray, and Marie Inez Vaughn of Chester; two brothers, Carroll and Lacy Lee Walters Jr.; and numerous grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother, Darrell Walters; and two sisters, Arbutus Turner and Betty Lou Alger.
