Eric William Beahm

Eric William Beahm, 55, of Luray, VA, passed away at his home on November 15, 2023.

He was born in Front Royal, VA, on November 20, 1967, to Robert William Beahm and Julia Clara Beahm (née Shifflett), the surprise baby of the family and outdoorsman from the very beginning.

Eric attended Luray High School before working as a plumber and jack of all trades throughout his lifetime.

Eric was preceded in death by both parents, Robert and Julia, as well as brother Jerry Beahm, sister Faye Gochenour, and brother-in-law Ikey Shenk. 

Eric is survived by a brother, Phil Beahm (Janice); two sisters, Bonnie Marston (J.B.), and Kathy Shenk; a brother-in-law, Kenny Gochenour; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. 

He was fondly known as “Unky,” treating many of his great nieces and nephews as his own grandchildren. He had an especially close relationship with a little red-headed boy, his “Bubba.”

Family night will be held Friday, November 17, at the Bradley Funeral Home from 6-8 p.m. The funeral home will be open Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. for viewing and to sign the guest book. The casket will be closed during family night.

A graveside service will be conducted Saturday, November 18, at the Beahm-Weaver Family Cemetery, beginning at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to the Building Fund at Bethlehem Church.
