Elizabeth Mae Smoot, 76, of Luray, passed away on Thursday, September 7, 2023, at Skyview Springs Nursing and Rehab.
She was born on October 18, 1946, in Charlottesville and was a daughter of the late Wade Frazier and Irene Alther Frazier.
On September 13, 1964, Elizabeth married Charles William Smoot, who died on December 15, 2021.
She is survived by a son, Charles Smoot Jr. of Flint Hill.
