Deborah Knowles Schiro

Deborah Knowles Schiro, 62, of Front Royal, passed away on Wednesday, August 21, 2024, at Blue Ridge Hospice in Winchester.

She was born on May 28, 1962, in Kingsport, TN, and was the daughter of Barbara Arnold and husband Doug of Luray and the late Loyd Knowles.

On September 7, 1999, Deborah married Steven Wayne Schiro, who survives.

Also surviving are a stepdaughter, Jennifer Lynn Mescher and husband T.J. of Powhatan; and her goddaughter, Kendra Clatterbuck of Front Royal. She was preceded in death by two brothers, David Knowles and Randall Knowles.

A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Thursday, August 29, at the Page Valley Baptist Church by the Rev. Gary Nicholson, with visitation one hour prior to the service, from 10-11 a.m. Burial will be private at the Beahm's Chapel Cemetery in Luray.
